With the new Foodrazor, you'll find that everything is in a slightly different place, while more convenient and full of new features, we'll want to ensure you're able to find everything without too much of an issue.

Let's dive going through each feature set.

Directory

Uploading Invoices

You'll find the main upload invoice button positioned at the top right of the Overview and Invoices tabs now.

Video Rundown

First, you want to ensure you're in the correction location/cost-center via the top right dropdown.

Click on the Upload Invoice button to open up the upload pop-up.

Here you're able to upload:

A) A single PDF of all your invoices

B) Up to 20 invoices at a time (We'll be increasing this number shortly!)

C) Access the email to which you can send emails to directly upload

You're also able to upload via our iOS and Android mobile applications

as well as via your phone's mobile browser.

For a full breakdown of how to upload invoices, please take a look at our detailed help center article here.

Invoice Management

Video Rundown

Our new invoice management page gives you simple visibility into any issues you may have encountered, let's you self-service process, and this is where you can handle the accounting exports - but we'll touch more on that later.

The invoices page remains largely the same, but simplified for greater control and flexibility for invoice management.

The search bar, status selector, date selector, and further filter options gives you instant visibility in exactly what you're looking for in your invoices.

For any action needed because of issues during invoice processing, you'll see a red banner at the top.

Clicking the View Invoices button will take you to the invoices with issues, and you can hover over the Action Needed label to see what went wrong.

To fix any issues (or in the case of missing pages, upload the pages), simply click on the invoice and you will be taken to our new self-processing view where you will be able to manually rectify any issues with the invoice.

Ordering

With the new Foodrazor, ordering is more streamlined than ever. We now enable you to add to your cart items from all your different suppliers in one go.

Simply build your cart, access it via the shopping card icon at the top right, and place your order!

We have powerful new features such as setting up minimum order value by supplier, notifying you if you incur any delivery fees based on MOA not being met.

You can also set up approval workflows so certain individuals orders must be approved by managers. More information on that here.

Another new ordering element we've built in is simple ordering vs purchase ordering.

Simple ordering sends your supplier the product name and quantity, while purchase ordering includes greater details such as pricing, and the SKU.

This can be configured via the setting of an individual out. Please navigate to Group Settings --> Outlets --> selecting your location and click --> Settings. At the bottom you will find Order Settings.

Lastly, all your orders need a place to go, and we've made it simple to set up your contacts for all of your suppliers.

In the Suppliers section of your catalog, you will be able to access all of your suppliers and their information, including simple visibility into your ordering method (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) with them. Simply click anywhere in the ordering method column of the particular supplier, and you will be taken to a page to add/modify supplier contact information.

Anytime there is a new supplier (which if added by invoice processing, will be without contact information), users with access to the Overview tab will see a visual indicating that suppliers are missing contact information. Clicking on the box will take you to your supplier list, filtered to those with no contact information.

Ordering directly within the mobile apps is a breeze now. See all our information on ordering on the desktop and mobile applications in the help center article here.

Reporting

The reporting feature has consolidated all our separate reports into one robust Reporting section - where you can control your view of data the way you always have been able to, along with some added new features.

Product price change % notifications now have much greater flexibility and can be changed en masse. See how to do that in product settings here.

You can also control whether Foodrazor displays the price you set for a product, or if the price is constantly updated to the price on the latest scanned invoice.

To enable that, head into your group settings --> select an outlet, click on settings and toggle Update Product Reference Price

User Management

We are bringing you much greater flexibility around user management and which permissions and controls users have access to.

Read all about it here.

Accounting Integration

The controls for your accounting integrations have many new features, but they are also in a new place.

To access your accounting integration, you'll first want to click into Group Settings, followed by an outlet.

Here you'll see the Integrations tab which will be the new home base for your accounting integrations.

Once you click in there, you'll see all your controls to set your default accounts and export settings (automatic, product groups required, or manual), as well as any specific chart of account mapping you may want to utilize for products, suppliers, product groups, and tax rates.

If you do not have automatic invoice exports selected, you'll be able to export invoices via the Invoices section by clicking on Export Invoice --> Export All or by click on the corresponding cloud.

Group View Settings & Management

When uploading invoices, placing orders, or managing inventory - you must be within the corresponding location in your organization. However we've enabled Group View to take a look at, and manage all your information across the organization

In Group View, you'll be able to control your catalog of suppliers, supplier contacts & products and which locations they are available to, as well as control and manage invoices and reporting for all locations. The second you want to look at information only for a single location/cost-center within an organization? Simply click back into it!
