As the year comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude for being part of your journey. Your feedback and support have been instrumental in shaping Foodrazor into the tool you know and love.

This holiday season, we’re excited to bring you some new updates and features to make your experience even better. Let’s unwrap what’s new! 🎁

Revised UI

We've completely revised our UI, with the most notable change being the separation of procurement and invoicing.

All procurement functions live within the Orders tab.

Manage all your invoices directly in the new Invoice tab. If you upload an invoice to an order, it will now create a separate invoice within the tab.

All Products and Suppliers can now be found in the Catalog tab.

Credit Note Support

Foodrazor now supports credit notes. When uploading a Credit Note simply hit the arrow beside Upload Invoice, and select Upload Credit Note.

Products Without Group Indicator

We've also now added a box to the Overview page to represent how many products are without product groups. You can click on the box to directly begin setting product groups.

Export All Button

We've introduced an Export All button to export all your invoices en-masse.

Tax Rate Mapping - Accounting Integration

We now support the direct mapping of tax rates via our Xero and QBO accounting integrations.

Simply head to the tax rate tab of the accounting integrations, and map existing tax accounts to numeric tax %s.

Also..

  • Invoices automatically export when product groups are assigned under the Product Group Settings Required export setting

  • Market Price display has been changed to - unless objectively selected as Market Price

  • Product Groups can be changed directly from the All Products - Catalog page.

  • Cancelled Orders are now hidden by default

  • General Accounting Integration Issues Resolved

  • Mobile Unit Increment Issues Have Been Fixed

  • Manage Accounts is now available on Mobile.

  • Setting Order Approval to $0 now results in all orders requiring approval, whether they have prices or not.

And so much more!

As always, we appreciate the continued feedback as we continue to build Foodrazor to help you succeed.

Thank you for being apart of the journey in 2024, and we're excited for everything 2025 has in store!
