Credit Notes
Foodrazor now offers credit note support! Click on the arrow to the right of upload invoice to upload your credit notes.
Email to Upload Invoices
Are your suppliers sending you invoices by email? Or have you been using a scanner to get your invoices digitized? With our new email to upload feature - you can send/forward emails directly to a unique email to be uploaded on your account.
Simple Ordering vs. Purchase Ordering
We’ve enabled you to order in two ways. Simple ordering just sends your supplier which product you’d like to order and the quantity, while purchase ordering will retain the purchase price of the product within the purchase product.
Accounting Integration Upgrades
We’ve beefed up the power of our account integrations - giving you flexibility to do more. Our Xero and Quickbooks Online integrations include new mapping features such as mapping products or customers to specific chart of accounts and tracking categories, as well as the product group (formerly known as categories) mapping you’ve come to love.
We’re also offering greater controls around what accounts elements such as discounts or adjustments are being sent to, ultimately helping you stay completely on top of your books.
The new Foodrazor offers you three export options to choose from:
Manual Export
Automatically based on Product Group assigned
Automatically based on hierarchy of accounting mapping: Default Accounts - Product Group - Supplier - Product.

FAQs
Will there be any downtime during the transition?
No - there will be no downtime in the transition.
What about all my old data and everything on the Foodrazor account?
We’ve ensured that everything from past orders and invoices, to all products, price changes, supplier information, and accounting settings will be seamlessly synced over to the new Foodrazor. You will not experience any lapse in data.
Will my saved reports and custom settings transfer over to the new platform?
Yes, all your custom settings and setup elements will transfer over. You'll be able to generate the same reports and much more. The biggest change here is the renaming of product category to product group. All your categories will now be referred to as product groups (and still synced to your accounting integration, just as before)!
What do I need to do for myself and/or my colleagues to set up accounts?
All accounts can be set up by simply creating a new password via the email sent to all users within your organization.
How do I report any missing data or issues during the migration?
First off - we do not anticipate any missing data or issues, but in the unlikely event, hit the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen, and our team will assist right away!
I have to do certain actions across multiple organizations? What do I do?
Have no fear! To switch between organizations, you’ll want to navigate to Manage Accounts in the top right dropdown, where you will be able to switch. To add any new users, follow our guide here.
Everything seems pretty easy and simple, but is there a help center where I can see how to do things?

How many uploads can I upload at once via desktop?
20 - but we are working on increasing this soon!
Are there any features from the old version that will no longer be available?
There are a few minor time-based reporting elements that are not yet available in our reporting feature, but we'll ensure all will be up to speed, with even more features very soon!
Can I still access the old version of Foodrazor for reference? If so, for how long?
You can - but only for the month of February. Please contact the team for access.
