A Reporting Roundup
New filtering options and new(ish) reports
Statement of Accounts CSV Report
For those of you who ported over from the Classic Foodrazor, this one is a throwback but for everyone else, it's going to give you a CSV export from the Invoices tab with all of the invoices in the date range selected organized by Supplier. A common use case is comparing the Supplier's end of month Statement of Account against what you have on file...just to be sure you're both on the same page.
Delivery Date vs. Order Date in Order History
Ever want to see orders by the invoice (aka delivery date) instead of the date you ordered them...now you can. Just click on the header title and it will switch.
Expanded Order Options - Copy and Paste Links
Want to personally send a link to your order to your supplier instead of Foodrazor sending it? No problem, now every order has a link to a public URL that you can click to copy, link, and send however you like.
Accounting Integration - Tax Adjustments
Previously, we were adding a line item for each Invoice for any Tax Adjustments, and the accounts folks spoke up...and we heard you. We've updated our integration so that it takes advantage of QuickBooks and Xero's native tax adjustment updates and no longer creates that extra line.
MYOB Accounting Export
Speaking of accounting integrations, we now have a custom .csv file export for anyone out there using MYOB Simply filter by dates, export Invoice History, and upload it directly to MYOB without any editing at all. It's not as deeply integrated as Xero or QuickBooks, but that's how MYOB rolls, so we're making it as easy as possible. Reach out to our team to activate it.
Date Format Selector
As we continue to expand globally, we’re encountering variations in dating, and you can now set your preference in the system as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY.
Set yours by clicking here.
Last but not least, a bunch of bits and bobs that you may not see but will impact your invoice processing.
We’ve rolled out a new Date Validation (in conjunction with the Date Format Selector) to eliminate some of those 12 December 2025 invoices that were uploaded on 5 May 2025 and are intended for this month and not 7 months from now. We’ve also made a whole host of updates to how we’re training the system on your invoices to increase speed and accuracy.
