🚀 New Feature Launch: Ingredients

At Foodrazor, we’ve always built from the bottom up, starting with what you actually buy from your suppliers. But today, we’re launching a new layer that connects the dots between what you buy and what you use: introducing Ingredients.

🧩 What It Is

Ingredients is the translation layer between supplier products and your kitchen operations.

You might buy tomatoes from three different suppliers: one by the kilogram, one by the case, and one by the basket, but once they’re in your kitchen, they’re all just “tomatoes.” Ingredients lets you unify them.

It also solves a second pain point: conversion.

Maybe you buy cases of 6 bottles of wine, but use them by the bottle. Or you purchase a 5L container of olive oil, but track usage in 100ml increments. Ingredients lets you break down bulk purchases into practical, usable units, automatically.

⚡️ Why It Matters

  • Cleaner recipes: One ingredient, many sources.

  • Smarter costing: Standardize your units, sharpen your margins.

  • Less chaos: Finally make sense of your inventory.

🔥 And Coming Soon:

Recipes That Actually Work

This is just the beginning. Ingredients lays the foundation for our upcoming Recipe Management module, built to give you real-time food costs, live margin insights, and usage-based inventory tracking.

It’s what your spreadsheets wish they were.
